Special Notification Regarding Bill Clearance Certificate of Telephone/ Internet Bill

 

* It is notified for kind information of valued Telephone & Internet customers of Bangladesh       Telecommunications Company Ltd. (BTCL) that a bill clearance certificate regarding payment/ arrear of telephone and internet bills up to December/2009 has already been issued to our valued customers.

 

* Two types of certificates have been issued. Valued customers who have no arrear bills upto December 2009 a certificate has been issued mentioning "all the bills are clear". Valued customer those have arrear bills a certificate has been issued mentioning that there is "No other arrear" except the specific months.

 

* Any esteemed customer who has not received the certificate/ notice yet he is requested to kindly contact the undermentioned telephone numbers of the respecting Revenue Offices during office hours.

 

*    On receiving information from the valued customer we are sending duplicate certificate/notice by special arrangement.

 

*   It may be noted that this certificate/notice is regarded as a final proof is support of bill payment.

 

*    BTCL expects Co-operation from valued customers in this regard.
